The Citrus County Schools Secondary Education Department is committed to instructional excellence and supporting the whole child. Through collaborative leadership, data-driven practices, and strong partnerships, our schools equip learners with the skills, knowledge, and experiences they need for postsecondary opportunities in college, career, and military service. We provide rigorous coursework, dual enrollment opportunities, career and technical pathways, unique school academies, comprehensive career planning, and a wide array of extracurricular programs that allow students to explore their passions and build leadership skills.

Working closely with schools, families, and community partners, our goal is to create pathways for every student and foster a culture of continuous improvement aimed at achieving a 100% graduation rate while preparing students for a bright future.
