If you are registering a first time, new student for the 2026-2027 school year, watch the helpful videos before proceeding to the button below.
Registering for the 2025-2026 School Year
Examples:
- New student enrolling for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
- Returning student enrolling for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
Registering for the 2026-2027 School Year
First Time, New Student Enrollment
Examples:
- Student entering PK or Kindergarten.
- Student who has never attended a Citrus County School.
Age Requirements for Enrollment
- VPK: Must be 4 years old on or before September 1st. You must also have a Certificate of Eligibility from the Early Learning Coalition.
- Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old on or before September 1st.

First Grade: Must be 6 years old on or before September 1st and have passed Kindergarten.

Student Returning to the School District
Examples:
- Attended a Citrus County School and is returning after leaving the district.
- Attended a Citrus County School and is returning after Home Education
