The Florida Retirement System (FRS) offers two retirement options: 

1. FRS Pension Plan, which provides a monthly benefit to the employee upon eligible retirement
2. FRS Investment Plan, which provides the employee a choice of how their money is invested and how the employee wants to receive payment upon eligible retirement
