    • College Transcripts depicting bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Copy of In-State Florida Department of Education Teaching Certificate
    • Copy of Out-of-State Teaching Certificate (if applicable)
    • Florida Department of Education Statement of Eligibility (if applicable)
    • FTCE Subject Area Exam Scores (if applicable)
    • Veteran's Preference Claim Form, plus DD214 (if applicable)
